The pool downstairs is so fun, and it's so close to Escape Room and the beach fireworks restaurant! You can even use jet skis and parachute right on the beach outside the hotel. The kids had so much fun that they extended their stay for another night. The executive suite room and balcony were also so spacious. Every morning, monkeys, pigeons, and crows would visit the balcony.

The pool is nice, and the breakfast could be more varied. You absolutely must try the Fang Yuan coffee shop across from the hotel! I also want to commend Felicia for her warm and thoughtful service. Thank you so much!

Good location, easy to access durain farm, room service 24 hrs. Shared facilities with rasa Shangri la such as spa. Excellent spa.

Apart from the old hotel facilities, everything else is ok. The breakfast has a lot of variety, but I don't think there is much to eat. The children's playground in the hotel is not free for guests and needs to be paid. Other things are ok

I've stayed here in Penang for two consecutive years. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We all love the swimming pool. The area is very lively at night, and the durian at the night market is delicious! The seafood across from the hotel is also good.
